Dr. Hamza is a graduate of the Family Medicine Program at Calgary University. He is a member of the Royal College of the Family Physician of Canada. He studied medicine at Cairo University, had an MSc of pediatrics and was a member of the royal college of pediatrician and child health -in London. He practiced pediatrics in Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, and Abu-Dhabi. Despite his extensive experience in dealing with children in his practice for over the last 3 years, he extended his scope to include family medicine.
Dr. Owadally graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2006. Originally from Mauritius, he lived and worked in South Africa before moving to Alberta in 2011. Also fluent in French, he enjoys the opportunity to help French speaking patients whenever possible.
Dr. Marsha Kucera is a family physician with a special interest in Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity and is a member of the Canadian Clinicians for Therapeutic Nutrition (CCTN). She completed her medical degree at the University of Ottawa in 2012 and her Family Medicine residency at the Cumming school of Medicine, University of Calgary in 2014. Dr. Marsha Kucera is a Clinical Lecturer for the Cumming School of medicine, Univerity of Calgary, and has been teaching medical students and residents in Family Medicine since 2015. She has additional training in Obesity Medicine through The Obesity Medicine though Harvard Medical School. With this Expertise, she can support you with your goalss to reduce your blood sugar and cholesterol, Manage your weight, and improve you overall health. Our goal is to prevent the complications associated with metabolic syndrome, Diabetes, and obesity by helping address your health conditions through lifestyle modifications, and ultimately prevent the progression of overweight into obesity within our population.
